In up to half of these couples, male infertility plays a role. Overexposure to certain environmental elements such as heat, toxins and dried chemicals can reduce sperm production or sperm function. Industrial chemicals and sperm count have many reported researches underwent in globally. Extended exposure to benzenes, toluene, xylene, pesticides, herbicides, organic solvents, painting materials and lead may contribute to low sperm counts. Exposure to lead or other heavy metals also may cause infertility. Sparking the testicles due to cross connection. Elevated temperatures impair sperm production and function. Although studies are limited and are inconclusive, frequent use of saunas or hot tubs may temporarily impair sperm count. Sitting for long periods, wearing tight clothing or working on a laptop computer for long stretches of time also may increase the temperature in scrotum and may slightly reduce sperm production. Intrauterine Contraceptive Device, Simple Yet Still ADilemma by Myat San Yi in IGWHC in Lupine Publishers. Intrauterine contraceptive device (IUCD) is one of the contraceptive methods and its efficacy is as high as 90% [1]. Increasing use of this device has led to an increase in its related complications. These complications include infection (1%), uterine perforation (0.1%), expulsion of device (5%), failure to prevent pregnancy as well as ectopic pregnancy (0.5-1%), menstrual problems like menorrhagia or dysmenorrhea, migration into the pelvis cavity(misplacements) (5%) and the frequent clinical problem is the lost tail or loss of the filament at the external cervical os [2].
